Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plan

The MocRoc plan costs 199 rupees and opens all mock tests for 6 months (180 days) from the date of payment. It is a one-time payment and is not renewed automatically.

Free tests first

Every registered student can take one free test in each category before paying, so you can see the quality of the tests first.

Refunds

• If money was taken but the plan was not activated, write to support@mocroc.in with the payment reference. We will activate the plan or refund the full amount within 7 working days.
• If you were charged twice for the same plan, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Because the content is digital and opened at once, a plan that has been activated is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Banks may take 5-7 working days to show the amount.
