Shipping and Delivery Policy

MocRoc sells a digital service: online mock tests in the MocRoc app. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery

• The plan (199 rupees for 6 months) is activated in your account as soon as the payment is successful, usually within a few seconds.
• You can then open every Micro, Mini and Full Length test in the app, on the account you paid from.

If the plan is not active

Pull down to refresh the Home screen. If the tests are still locked after 30 minutes, write to support@mocroc.in with your order number. We will activate the plan or refund the amount as described in our Refund Policy.
